Mr Man the MC

If you haven't been to one of his shows, don't wait any longer.

Mr Man brings a unique line up to the stage with something for everyone.

An Amazing Show.

Different every year.

Don't miss out.

Lisa Komatsubara

Originally from Auckland, Lisa has been juggling for the past 8 years.

She has toured around schools in Southland and the Waikato region performing and also teaching children how to juggle.

She also recently became the first female juggler from New Zealand to have performed in Las Vegas after being invited to perform at the World Juggling Federation's international gala show featuring some of the world's top jugglers.

Mr Wizowski

Having run away from Canterbury Law School, Mr Wizowski now travels the world unleashing a whirlwind of hilarious mayhem wherever he goes.

Combining his trademark comic timing with stunts crazier than your great aunts imaginary dog, Mr Wizowski is sure to do something to risk his life for your entertainment.

Michael Armstrong Aka Mr Wizowski was born in Christchurch where he gained his Law degree and studied circus skills and performance at Circo Arts.

Since then he has toured the length of New Zealand with Circus Aotearoa, traveled to Europe, America and Australia to deliver his unique style of physical performance.

Circus in a Flash

An established freelance circus entertainment company 'Circus In A Flash' is based in Auckland, travelling throughout New Zealand performing and teaching.

Kids parties with a circus twist are our specialty, our point of difference is that these are no ordinary parties. Stilt walking, crowd interaction, unicycling, juggling and acrobatics, all in incredible costumes. Superheroes are what we do best.

We also provide walk-about entertainment and stage acts for malls, corporate and council events, festivals, and teach workshops for holiday, corporate, community and disability programs.

Chris Carlos

Chris Carlos is a recognized circus performer, event coordinator, trainer and advocate for cross-pollination within the Australian circus community.

Before graduating form NICA in 2011 Chris had already instigated a successful performance career within the fire industry. On invitation he performed at Play Festival 200 (UK) and was awarded ‘Best Amateur Performer’.

This notoriety saw Chris teach and perform across France, Singapore, Indonesia and New Zealand. Since NICA however, Chris’ accolades have not stopped: upon graduation, Circus Oz awarded his performing company 'Three High Acrobatics' with a ‘Spirit of Circus’ award and most recently Three High walked away with the Gasworks Circus Showdown title.

Though having only graduated some 3 years prior Chris has managed to proliferate a list of achievements, largely based in, but not exclusive to his performance highlights. Including: Hoopla Festival (2012 & 2014), Adelaide, Melbourne & Perth Fringe Festivals, The Australian Comedy Festival, Tassie & Mullum Circus Festivals, Singapore Kite Festival, Bornfire Festival and Circus Trick Tease.

In conjunction to this Chris has generated the ‘Spin’ brand: which encompasses Spin Festival, APAC (Australian Partner Acrobatic Convention) and the Spin Circus School: an 8 week full-time circus program, the first of its kind in Australia.

Chris specializes in partner acrobatics, fire, comedy acrobatics and dad jokes. He is clearly a leader in his field and an artist to watch in the future.

Alex Mizzen

Alex Mizzen's background has left a wonderful imprint on the artist we find today. As a trained gymnast and a graduate from the National Theatre Ballet, Alex worked as a contemporary dancer, honing her skills and performance before embarking on the circus arena. Now as an established artist, having worked with some of the leading Australian & international companies (Company 2, Cantina, CIRCA, Legs on the Wall, La Soiree, Tanssiteatteri Hurjaruuth & Le Grand Cirque) Alex draws on this rich background to create engaging physical theatre through the mediums of hand balance, aerial, contemporary dance & ballet.

‘…spell-binding…an awe-inspiring display of strength and control.’ London Dance - Samantha Whitaker 4/14

'Mizzen matches brilliant strength and control with a more rare grace...' Courier Mail - Olivia Stewart 09/11

Jo Curry

Jo started recreational acrobatic gymnastics at a young age. She quickly started turning heads and was scouted for the competitive arena. After years at the top of her field Jo then decided to attend the National Institute of Circus Arts. Since completing her time at circus school Jo has performed all over Australia and Asia, including an eight week tour of Cambodia and more recently starred in renowned company Three high Acrobatics new show Rue.

Specialising in Handstands and partner acrobatics Jo's strength, style and smile will be something audiences won't forget.
